12/08/2018 - As you can tell, I am not a web design guy. This site was originally created way way back in the 90s, when frames were the thing to use to format a site. Now, I've stripped away all of the frames, because honestly, I have no navigation to speak of. This is basically just a stub website now, just so I have one. God, this is horrible!
